Arbitration users have once again recognised the International Court of Arbitration of ICC as their most preferred arbitral institution worldwide, according to a major 2018 International Arbitration Survey.
A joint effort to facilitate participation by smaller companies in international trade was launched today by the Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO), Roberto Azevêdo, and the Secretary-General of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), John Danilovich.
A day to raise awareness and promote privacy and data protection best practices, international Data Protection Day – or Data Privacy Day – takes place this year on 28 January.
